ClockDoll
The game was created for: Pizza Jam
The game is not finished. We didn’t have enough time to complete the gameplay during the game jam.
The game will be polished after the game jam.
You play as the Clockmaker. There are 12 dolls sitting at the table, each with their own correct seat, but you don't know where they're supposed to be.
When a turn begins, you (or your opponent) draw different cards. For example:
- The dolls get cards that can damage you, but these cards can only be used if certain conditions are met (like "the doll is sitting 3 positions away from its true seat").
- When a doll plays such a card, the player sees the condition.
After getting this information, you can write down possible true seats for the doll in your notes. For example: if a doll plays a card that requires it to be "3 positions away from its true seat," and it's currently on seat 7, then its true seat could be 4 or 10 - you can mark these with a triangle.
Your goal is to analyze all the dolls' actions, figure out their true seats, and place them properly!
The game would have big amount of conditions and will require you to think deeply, creating the unique game experience you never seen before!
Right now the full gameplay isn't implemented - here's what you can do in the current version:
- Rotate characters using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
- Click on the clock to switch camera views.
- Click on the dice tray to roll the dice.
- In the top-down view, click on the sheet of paper to leave notes for each doll.
